This one has a simple interface. I’m inclined to prefer some more forms to fill out, as I figure that will make for a better email but we’ll see how well this AI responds to my prompt.

So, this is serviceable. It hits all of the key points I’d want in an email. It’s just not particularly compelling. I don’t feel woo’d to attend this event. But it is subtle in a lovely way. I would not feel pressured like I would with a used car salesman. I feel like, if I go to this event, it was MY idea to attend.
It’s a really short email as well, which is good. You can’t really win people over with long form text in an email. Not unless you’re a stellar storyteller.
So, as a bit of sales copy, it’s a grade B but as an email writer, it’s an A. This is easy to read and PERSONABLE. It doesn’t demand much of the reader. And it doesn’t have a distinctive voice, so it could pass for something you wrote yourself.
I even tried using Toolsaday with a more straightforward invitation email and it was similarly appealing.

This one is likely to be a popular option, simply because it’s fully integrated with Google’s Gmail.
It does NOT appear to generate emails in themselves so much as create a strategic campaign of where and when to send out particular emails. It also tracks “opens” and other data. You can schedule the send time of the email.
So, if you have a MASSIVE amount of email to send (even hundreds weekly), this will help you to organize and offload your batches.
Many of its features are mostly in the Premium version. So, if you want a service to MANAGE your emails rather than CREATE them, MailMeteor would be a good service to try.

The homepage is not as prim and put together as other AI email generators I’ve seen but it is free and doesn’t demand a sign up. Not having to sign up matters to a lot of people. Many of us would like to try out a service without a commitment. Typli allows you to do that, which is uncommon.

So, this result volunteered A LOT of information that I did not give it. Such as saying that the event would be an “opportunity to network with other professionals” that I welcome questions for people who require more information. These are both presumptions that typically go with this sort of email.
So, this is a service offering emails that I will have to check very carefully before I send them. There may be assumptions that are wrong. Luckily, I can just delete them. And, also luckily, the email is long enough that I could delete a lot of it and still have a working email.
I do like the writing in this email. It’s not awkward or obviously generated by AI. And I even appreciate the additions because they add to the QUALITY of the email. Which is what’s most important after all.
